SR 7 / US 441 Improvements Project from Fillmore Street to south of Stirling Road in Hollywood and the Seminole Indian Reservation

Restrictions:

SR 7/US 441 in each direction, from Fillmore Street to south of Stirling Road, may have an intermittent single lane closed daily and nightly, as needed.

SR 7/US 441 in each direction, from Fillmore Street to South of Stirling Road, may have up to two intermittent lanes closed, as needed, Sunday through Thursday between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.

SR 7/US 441 in each direction, from Fillmore Street to South of Stirling Road, may have up to two intermittent lanes closed over the weekend, beginning Friday night through Monday morning, from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m.

NW 136 Avenue and SR-84 Intersection Improvements Project in Davie, Plantation, and Sunrise

Restrictions:

The southbound bridge of 136th Avenue over the New North River Canal has been closed for reconstruction. Southbound 136th Avenue traffic has been shifted east onto the 136th Avenue northbound bridge until spring 2020.

The outside southbound lane along NW 136th Avenue will be closed Thursday, January 16 between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. for drill shaft installation.

The eastbound right turn lane along SR 84 will be closed Thursday, January 16 between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. for drill shaft installation.

The westbound and eastbound U-turn along SR 84, to the west of 136th Avenue may be closed Tuesday, January 21 between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.

SR 25/US 27 and SR 93/I-75 Interchange Bridge Maintenance Project

The outside northbound and southbound lane of I-75 under the US-27 bridges will be temporarily closed through Friday, January 31 at 7 a.m. for bridge painting.

City of Hollywood Mobility Improvements Project

The inside lane will be closed in each direction along Park Road, from Washington Street to Johnson Street, during construction.

The outside westbound lane of Hollywood Boulevard from N 35th Avenue to South Academy Circle will be temporarily closed through March 2020, for water main and drainage installations.

The outside southbound lane will be closed along North Park Road, from Johnson Street to Fillmore Street, through Wednesday, January 15, for widening, milling & resurfacing, and concrete drainage improvements.

The inside southbound lane will be closed along North Park Road, from Fillmore Street to Hollywood Boulevard, through Sunday, August 2, for widening, concrete, milling & resurfacing, signing and pavement markings.

I-75 Resurfacing Project

Restrictions:

The I-75 Express Lanes in each direction, from the Miami-Dade County Line to Sheridan Street, will have intermittent single lane closures, nightly as needed, Monday through Friday between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. for miscellaneous pavement and guardrail installation.

I-75 in each direction, from the Miami-Dade County Line to Sheridan Street, will have up to three intermittent lane closures, nightly as needed, Monday through Friday between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. The first lane will close at 9 p.m., the second lane will close at 10:30 p.m., and the third lane will close at 12:30 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. All lanes will be open by 6 a.m.

Southwest Broward Mobility Improvements Project

Restrictions:

Sections of the southbound lane will be closed along SW 62nd Avenue, from the County Line Road to Pembroke Road, Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m., for shared lane marking installation. Flaggers will be present to direct motorists around the work zone.

Sections of the southbound lane will be closed along N 56th Avenue, from the Stirling Road to Sheridan Street, Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m., for drainage improvements. Flaggers will be present to direct motorists around the work zone.

Florida’s Turnpike Widening of The Homestead Extension of (SR 821) from I-75 to Turnpike Mainline (SR 91)

Restrictions:

Northbound and southbound Florida’s Turnpike between I-75 and NW 27 Avenue will have overnight single lane closures, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., Tuesday, January 21, and nightly through Thursday, January 23.

Northbound NW 57 Avenue/Red Road in the vicinity of Florida’s Turnpike will have overnight single lane closures, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., Tuesday, January 21, and nightly through Thursday, January 23. Overnight double lane closures, 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., Tuesday, January 21, and nightly through Thursday, January 23.

Northbound and southbound Palm Avenue/NW 47 Avenue in the vicinity of Florida’s Turnpike will have overnight full road closure, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., Tuesday, January 21, and nightly through Thursday, January 23.

Detour:

Northbound Palm Avenue/NW 47 Avenue traffic wishing to continue north will be directed to NW 199 Street, travel west on NW 199 Street to Red Road/NW 57 Avenue, travel north on Red Road to Miramar Parkway and travel east on Miramar Parkway to access Palm Avenue.

Southbound Palm Avenue/NW 47 Avenue traffic wishing to continue south will be directed to Miramar Parkway, travel west on Miramar Parkway to Red Road/NW 57 Avenue, travel south on Red Road to NW 199 Street and travel east on NW 199 Street to access Palm Avenue.

Northbound and southbound Douglas Road/NW 37 Avenue in the vicinity of Florida’s Turnpike will have overnight full road closure, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., Tuesday, January 21, and nightly through Thursday, January 23.

Detour:

Northbound Douglas Road/NW 37 Avenue traffic wishing to continue north will be directed to NW 199 Street, travel east on NW 199 Street to University Drive/NW 27 Avenue, travel north on University Drive to Miramar Parkway and travel west on Miramar Parkway to access Douglas Road.

Southbound Douglas Road/NW 37 Avenue traffic wishing to continue south will be directed to Miramar Parkway, travel west on Miramar Parkway to Palm Avenue/NW 47 Avenue, travel south on Palm Avenue to NW 199 Street and travel east on NW 199 Street to access Douglas Road.
