Restrictions: Advanced Notice Brightline Railroad Closure: Crews working for All Aboard Florida (Birghtline) will temporarily close the following grade crossings to perform additional construction improvements, 7 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 14, through 6 p.m. Saturday, September 16, at the following three (3) locations in West Palm Beach and Lake Worth: 3rd Street and the Florida East Coast Railway, West Palm Beach; Hibiscus Street and the Florida East Coast Railway, West Palm Beach; 10th Avenue South and the Florida East Coast Railway, Lake Worth. Restrictions: Advanced notice Florida East Coast (FEC) Railway Closure: Indiantown Road will be closed at 7 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, through 6 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12, to rehabilitate existing railroad tracks and repair defective rails to improve ride quality. Eastbound traffic on Indiantown Road will be detoured to via Military Trail or Center Street. Westbound traffic will be detoured via Alternate A1A. Restrictions: Lake Worth Road at Blanchette Trail, in Lake Worth, will have the eastbound outside lane closed, 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, beginning Tuesday, Sept. 5, through December 2017, for FPL pole and wire replacement. Restrictions: PGA Boulevard, at Florida’s Turnpike, will have one westbound lane closed, with two westbound turn lanes to Florida’s Turnpike closed, 9:30 a.m. until 3 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 7, for asphalt repairs. Ocean Boulevard, from Thompson Street in the Town of Ocean Ridge, to Little Club Road in the City of Delray Beach, will have one lane closed in each direction, 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, through November 2017, for FPL pole replacement. Flaggers will be on-site to direct traffic. Sidewalks may also be closed, as needed, on the east and west sides of State Road A1A. Restrictions: Glades Road & Florida’s Turnpike Interchange: Florida’s Turnpike northbound, approaching Glades Road, Tuesday, Sept. 5 through Thursday, Sept. 7. The first lane closes at 9 p.m., and the second lane will close beginning at 10 p.m. Both lanes will reopen by 5 a.m. Glades Road westbound approaching the Turnpike, nightly single lane closure, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 5 through Friday, Sept. 8. A second lane may close beginning at 10 p.m. Glades Road westbound and eastbound approaching the Turnpike, daily single lane closure, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 5 through Friday, Sept. 8. Restrictions: The outside southbound lane of Alternate A1A, over the Loxahatchee River in the Town of Jupiter, may be closed, intermittently, 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, through October 2017, for utility & pipe installations. Restrictions: S. Quadrille Boulevard, between Datura Street and Evernia Street, in the City of West Palm Beach, has the northbound/east sidewalk closed through December 2017, due to adjacent building construction at the Broadstone City Center. Restrictions: The southbound sidewalk along SE 5th Street, from 2nd Street and 3rd Street, in Delray Beach, is closed through August 2018 for underground electrical work. Restrictions: County Road (CR) 880 is closed through September 2017. Eastbound traffic will be detoured via Sam Senter Road, north to Gator Boulevard (Airport Road), west to Hatton Highway, north to State Road (SR) 80/US-441, then east to CR 880. Westbound traffic will be detoured via SR 80, west to Hatton Highway, south to Gator Boulevard (Airport Road), east to Sam Senter Road, then south to CR 880. Restrictions: Roebuck Road is closed from Jog Road to Circle Lake Drive (West Palm Beach) through late October 2017. Eastbound and westbound traffic can use Lakeside Green Boulevard or Okeechobee Boulevard. Circle Lake Drive access will be on Roebuck Road from Military Trail to Circle Lake Drive. Seminole Trails Elementary School will have access from Willow Pond Road/Balmoral Boulevard between Military Trail and Lakeside Green Boulevard.
