Scope of Work:
The project improvements consist of: Constructing new sidewalks along southbound SW 64th Avenue from SW 35th Street to SR-824/Pembroke Road, replacing existing 4-foot sidewalk with an 8-foot sidewalk along northbound SW 64th Avenue from SR-858/Miramar Parkway to SR-824/Pembroke Road, relocating and installing signage, relocating impacted drainage structures, regrading swales to ensure proper drainage flow, milling and resurfacing along the project limits.
