Project Purpose

To enhance roadway safety by improving lighting and visibility along S.R. 5/South Quadrille Boulevard from Lakeview Avenue to Banyan Boulevard.

Project Improvements

  • Install new LED light poles along both sides of South Quadrille Boulevard to improve corridor visibility and safety.
  • Enhance lighting at signalized and midblock pedestrian crosswalks to improve pedestrian visibility and safety.
  • Replace sidewalk sections where lighting is installed.

Construction Impacts

  • Temporary lane closures will be required during construction. Lane closures will be performed at off-peak hours.
  • Access to properties will be maintained during construction.
  • Temporary pedestrian paths and detours will be provided for work impacting existing sidewalks.
