Public Meeting: Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. and was offered in-person and virtually simultaneously. The public meeting took place at the North Indian River County Library located at 1001 Sebastian Boulevard, Sebastian, Florida 32958. The virtual public meeting was held via GoToWebinar. The public meeting consisted of a formal presentation followed by an open discussion. Project staff were available to answer questions and provide assistance. Comments and questions were addressed in the order they were received. If a question was not answered during the event, a written response was provided following the meeting. Questions and comments could also be submitted in advance by contacting the Project Manager.
