Scope of Work and Project Improvements

Project Improvements:

Repairing the existing L-10 Canal along S.R. 700/Conners Highway to minimize erosion and enhance resiliency.
Shoulder reconstruction, and milling and resurfacing the roadway within the project limits to ensure long-term infrastructure resiliency.
Replacing the adjacent guardrail within the project limits to enhance vehicle safety.
Upgrading signage and pavement markings to enhance visibility and safety.

S.R. 700/Conners Highway from Hatton Highway to S.R. 80/U.S. 98 will be closed throughout construction. Detours will be closely coordinated with the community and agricultural industry. Advanced notice will be provided and detours will be clearly marked.
Full project detour will start in early June.
- Northbound traffic on S.R. 700/Conners Highway will be detoured onto S.R. 80/U.S. 98, right onto Hatton Highway, and left onto S.R. 700/Conners Highway.
- Southbound traffic on S.R. 700/Conners Highway will be detoured right onto Hatton Highway and left onto S.R. 80/U.S. 98.
Emergency/First Responder access and local access will be maintained and coordinated.
