State Road (S.R.) 7/U.S. 441 Resurfacing, Restoration, and Rehabilitation Project at S.R. 802/Lake Worth Road

Project Improvements:

• Milling and repaving the roadway throughout the project limits to enhance infrastructure resilience and safety for the community.
• Widening to provide a dedicated northbound to eastbound right-turn lane to alleviate congestion on S.R. 7/U.S. 441 at S.R. 802/Lake Worth Road.
• Constructing a sidewalk along the east side of S.R. 7/U.S. 441 and upgrading ADA curb ramps along the existing sidewalk to enhance pedestrian safety.
• Upgrading signing and pavement markings by adding high emphasis crosswalks and upgrading to steel strain poles with LED lighting at the signalized intersection to enhance visibility and safety.
• Upgrading signalization to improve traffic operations.
• Modifying the existing guardrail along the east side of S.R. 7/U.S. 441 for enhanced safety.
