Scope of Work and Project Improvements

Resurfacing and restriping the ramp to maintain a state of good repair and enhance safety and operational efficiency.
Installing a high-friction surface treatment on the ramp to enhance vehicle traction, reduce crashes and improve safety.
Widening the existing left shoulder from two-feet to four-feet (paved).
Upgrading lighting on the project, including new technology such as LED light fixtures, to improve nighttime visibility.
Upgrading signage and pavement markings to enhance safety, improve operational efficiency, and support effective traffic operations.

Northbound S.R. 9/I-95 to westbound S.R. 68/Orange Avenue ramp closures are permitted nightly, 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Sunday, through Thursday.
Motorists will be detoured via northbound S.R. 9/I-95 to eastbound S.R. 68/Orange Avenue, to northbound North Jenkins Road, and westbound Loop Road to westbound S.R. 68/Orange Avenue.
