Scope of Work

Project improvements consist of milling and resurfacing the travel lanes to enhance safety and long-term resiliency.
Widening the existing 5-foot paved shoulder to 7-feet to enhance safety.
Constructing sidewalk (varying from 6 to 12 feet in width) along the east side of S.R. 607/Emerson Avenue from Hibiscus Road to North Road to enhance safety and connectivity for pedestrians.
Upgrading curb ramps along existing sidewalks to enhance safety and connectivity for pedestrians.
Installing concrete pads at two existing bus stops along northbound SR 607/Emerson Avenue, located approximately 300 feet south of Hibiscus Road and approximately 100 feet north of Belleair Avenue, to enhance safety, functionality, and long-term resiliency.
Upgrading signage and pavement markings to improve safety, functionality, and traffic operations.
