Scope of Work

Project Improvements:

Milling and repaving the roadway throughout the project limits to enhance infrastructure resilience and safety for the community.
Constructing a second left turn lane at RCA Boulevard to improve traffic flow and increase vehicular capacity.
Installing patterned pavement at intersections.
Upgrading curb ramps and replace sections of the existing sidewalk to improve pedestrian safety and connectivity.
Upgrading pedestrian signals with new LED countdown timers at intersections throughout the project corridor to enhance pedestrian safety and accessibility.
Upgrading signage and pavement markings, including installing green bicycle markings, to enhance visibility and safety.
