Scope of Work

Project improvements consist of milling and resurfacing the existing roadway within the project limits to ensure long-term infrastructure resilience.
Constructing a right-turn lane along eastbound Pembroke Road to southbound S.R. 823/Flamingo Road to improve vehicular capacity.
Replacing the traffic signal mast arm at the northeast corner of Pembroke Road and S.R. 823/Flamingo Road to enhance traffic safety, and improve signal visibility.
Upgrading existing pedestrian signals at signalized intersections to improve push button accessibility.
Upgrading concrete sidewalks, curb ramps, pavement markings, and signage to improve visibility and accessibility.
Installing new light poles with LED fixtures at the intersections of Washington Street and Pembroke Road to improve safety and enhance nighttime visibility.
