Scope of Work

  • The project improvements consist of upgrading and installing a new fiber optic network.
  • Installing Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) devices including Closed-Circuit Television Cameras (CCTV) controlled by wireless network devices.
  • Installing Bluetooth travel time devices along the corridor.
  • Installing two (2) Arterial Dynamic Messaging Signs (ADMS), and seven (7) Variable Speed Limit (VSL) Signs.
  • Upgrading Traffic Signal Vehicle Detection Systems along the corridor.
  • Removing and reinstalling existing pavers where impacted by construction.
