Scope of Work and Project Improvements

Milling and resurfacing the roadway within the project limits to ensure long-term resiliency.
Installing new Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) devices to provide technology that will enhance traffic operations.
Upgrading signage and pavement markings throughout the project limits to enhance visibility and functionality.
Replacing sections of existing guardrail along SR-9/I-95 to enhance safety.

Single and double lane closures are permitted on I-95 northbound from Sunday, through Thursday from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Single and double lane closures are permitted on I-95 southbound from Sunday, through Thursday from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Ramps closures are permitted on S.R. 9/I-95 from Sunday, through Thursday, from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Double lane closures for paving operations are permitted on S.R. 9/I-95 from Friday through Monday starting at 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Detailed detour routes will be provided prior to ramp closures.
