Scope of Work and Project Improvements

Milling and resurfacing the roadway within the project limits to ensure long-term resiliency.
Installing new Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) devices to provide technology that will enhance traffic operations.
Upgrading signage and pavement markings throughout the project limits to enhance visibility and functionality.
Replacing sections of existing guardrail along SR-9/I-95 to enhance safety.

TRAFFIC IMPACTS

Single and double lane closures are permitted as follows:
I-95 Northbound from Sunday through Thursday from 8:00pm to 6:00am
I-95 Southbound from Sunday through Thursday from:
Single lane closures from 8:00pm to 6:00am
Double lane closures from 8:30pm to 6:30am
I-95 Ramps from Sunday through Thursday from 8:00pm to 6:00am
Double lane closures for paving operations allowed from Friday through Monday starting at 9:00pm to 6:00am.
Detailed detour routes will be provided prior to ramp closures.
