Scope of Work and Project Improvements

Milling and resurfacing the existing pathway within the project limits to ensure long-term infrastructure resiliency.
Replacing existing light poles to improve nighttime visibility.
Installing benches within the project limits to enhance accessibility for users.
Installing new guardrail at each intersection for increased pedestrian and vehicle safety.
Upgrading signage within the project limits.

Temporary lane closures will occur one lane at a time on Utopia Drive from Riviera Boulevard to S.R. 824/Pembroke Road, as needed, from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Motorist and pedestrian access to businesses and residences will be maintained at all times.
