Estimated Construction Cost: $3.2 Million

Scope of Work:

  • Protecting the bridge foundations from erosion on the Eastbound and Westbound SR 800/Spanish River Boulevard Bridges.

Construction Impacts:

  • Work will be done in the ICWW under the bridges. Marine traffic will be maintained at all times.
  • Temporary lane closures on the frontage road during non-peak hours in order to minimize effect on traffic.
  • Access to properties along the frontage road will be maintained throughout construction.

Project Benefits:

  • Maintaining the strength and carrying capacity of the Spanish River Boulevard bridges.
  • Ensuring a long-lasting life for both bridges.
