The project improvements consist of widening, milling, and resurfacing along Military Trail and Forest Hill Boulevard, constructing additional right and left turn lanes on Military Trail and additional right turn lanes on Forest Hill Boulevard, installing new 5-foot bike lanes at various locations along Forest Hill Boulevard, improving sidewalks and driveways at the intersection of Military Trail and Forest Hill Boulevard, installing four new signal mast arms at the intersection, and installing new signage and pavement markings
