Scope of Work: Project improvements consist of testing of detectors and closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras to identify vehicular queues near railroad crossings to be able to transmit messages to connected vehicles and warn drivers about potential conflicts. The project aims to test smart technologies to help improve safety for all roadway users near railroad crossings.
