Public Workshop:  No Workshop will be held.

Projected Letting:  January 2025

Anticipated Start Date:  Spring 2025

Anticipated Completion Date: Winter 2025

Estimated Construction Cost: $1,650,919

Scope of Work:

  • Landscape revitalization will primarily address the I-95 mainline to remove invasive, overgrown, and dead vegetation.
  • The existing trees and shrubs will be pruned to improve the health of the existing vegetation.
  • Minor vegetation clearing and pruning work will be performed along the interchange ramps and overpass side slopes.
  • The work will improve public safety and visibility along I-95 and within the interchanges.
  • New shrubs will be provided to enhance the existing landscape buffers.

Construction Impacts:

  • Work will be done in phases to reduce the impact on traffic.
  • No lane closures or detours along I-95 or the interchange ramps are anticipated.
  • Shoulder closures may be required to protect the workers.
