Scope of Work:
- Landscape revitalization will primarily address the I-95 mainline to remove invasive, overgrown, and dead vegetation.
- The existing trees and shrubs will be pruned to improve the health of the existing vegetation.
- Minor vegetation clearing and pruning work will be performed along the interchange ramps and overpass side slopes.
- The work will improve public safety and visibility along I-95 and within the interchanges.
- New shrubs will be provided to enhance the existing landscape buffers.
Construction Impacts:
- Work will be done in phases to reduce the impact on traffic.
- No lane closures or detours along I-95 or the interchange ramps are anticipated.
- Shoulder closures may be required to protect the workers.
