A Public Meeting Was Held: The public meeting was offered virtually and in-person.
The virtual public meeting took place on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. and was held via GoToWebinar.
The in-person public meeting followed an open house format and took place on Thursday, March 9, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and was held at the Boynton Beach City Hall located at 100 East Ocean Avenue (Room – MR 115), Boynton Beach, FL 33435. Staff was available to answer questions and provide assistance.

Purpose of the Project: To improve operations and safety within the interchange.

Scope of Work:
Repaving roadway along I-95 mainline, ramps and Woolbright Road
Widening I-95 off-ramps to triple left turn lanes
Widening I-95 on-ramps to three receiving lanes
Widening Woolbright Road within the interchange to three through lanes in both directions
Widening Woolbright Road bridges over Lake Worth Drainage District (LWDD) E-4 Canal, South Florida Rail Corridor (SFRC)/CSX Railroad and I-95
Providing shared use paths, sidewalks and designated bike lanes within the interchange in both directions
Providing dual eastbound and westbound left turn lanes at SW 8 Street/Corporate Drive intersection
Providing southbound triple left turn lanes at SW 8 Street/Corporate Drive intersection
Signing and Pavement Marking, Lighting, Drainage, Signalization, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
Construction Impacts:
Work will be done in phases to reduce the inconvenience to the community
Lane closures, ramp closures, and detours will occur during non-peak hours to minimize impacts on traffic
Access to businesses and residential properties will be maintained at all times during construction
