Scope of Work:

• Repave SR-5 / US-1 (North Federal Highway).
• Replace and upgrade existing pedestrian curb ramps to comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
• Upgrade Signing and markings to provide bike lanes.
• Extend US-1 northbound left turn lane at NE 26th Street Intersection.
• Replace traffic signals at Sunrise Boulevard, NE 13th Street and NE 26th Street intersections.
• Improve pedestrian signals and lighting at signalized intersections to meet current requirements.

Construction Impacts:

• Temporary lane closures on SR-5 / US-1 during off peak hours will be performed.
• Work will be completed in phases to minimize construction impacts.
• Access to adjacent properties will be maintained at all times.
