Scope of Work:

The project improvements consist of milling and repaving the existing roadway within the project limits to ensure long-term infrastructure resilience and safety. It also includes replacing in-road sensors on westbound SR 804/Boynton Beach Boulevard and N Congress Avenue to improve traffic flow and enhance safety for motorists. Upgrading curb ramps and replacing sections of the existing sidewalk to enhance pedestrian safety and connectivity. Additionally, the project includes removing and reinstalling bridge joints on the existing bridge over the Lake Ida/E-4 Canal to enhance structural resilience and ride quality, upgrading the guardrail connections to the existing bridge over Lake Ida/E-4 Canal to enhance motorist safety, and installing speed feedback signs in both directions to enhance motorist awareness and safety. Lastly, the project involves upgrading signage and pavement markings to improve visibility and motorist safety.
