Scope of Work:
- Repave the existing roadway to improve safety and reliability of the infrastructure.
- Install backplates with yellow retro-reflective borders on all signal heads to improve signal visibility for motorists.
- Install new pedestrian pushbutton and countdown heads at Boutwell Road/Lake Osborne Drive and Akron Street.
- Reconstruct damaged sidewalks and pull boxes
Construction Impacts:
- Work will be done in phases to reduce the impact to the community.
- Temporary lane closures will occur one lane at a time during non-peak hours.
- Pedestrian traffic will be maintained at all times.
- Access to properties along the corridor will be maintained during construction.
