Project Limits: From east of SR-9/I-95 to US-1/Federal Highway 

Projected Letting: October 9, 2026

Anticipated Construction Start Date: Winter 2026

Anticipated Completion Date: Winter 2027

Estimated Construction Cost: $900,000

Scope of Work:

  • Provide new landscaping within the median and along sidewalks along SR 804/Boynton Beach Boulevard
  • Install irrigation system

Construction Impacts:

  • Work will be done in phases to reduce inconvenience to the community
  • Short-term single lane closures may be required on SR 804/Boynton Beach Boulevard to protect the workers
  • Driveway, business, and pedestrian access will be maintained
  • Vehicular detours are not anticipated
