Scope of Work:
Resurface all travel lanes
Provide four-foot-wide bicycle lanes by resurfacing the existing roadway and narrowing the lanes
Replace deficient Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) pedestrian ramps
Upgrade Pedestrian Signals at 15th Place, 20th Street, and 20th Place (17th Street was recently completed)
Upgrade signing and pavement markings
Construction Impacts:
Work will be done in phases to reduce the impacts of construction in the community
Roadway will remain open, but lane closures are anticipated
Detours will be required during construction but will be limited and avoid/minimize consecutive night detours
Roadway resurfacing will be performed at night
Driveways to properties and street access will be maintained during construction
