Virtual Public Workshop: The Public Information Workshop is scheduled for Tuesday, October 26, 2021 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. The public meeting will be offered in two different formats: virtual and in-person. The presentation will commence at 6:00 P.M.

Scope of Work:
- The project widens Sunrise Boulevard to provide dual right-turn lanes for EB Sunrise Boulevard to SB I-95, provide dual right-turn lanes for WB Sunrise Boulevard to NB I-95, extend the WB Sunrise Boulevard to SB I-95 left-turn lanes, and accommodate a designated 7-foot bicycle lane on both sides of the roadway.
- The project widens SB I-95 Off-Ramp to accommodate triple left- and right-turn lanes onto Sunrise Boulevard.
- The project modifies the NB I-95 to WB Sunrise Boulevard loop ramp to provide a triple right-turn ramp, reconstruct and signalize the NB I-95 to EB Sunrise Boulevard Intersection.
- The project widens the Sunrise Boulevard Bridge over the South Florida Rail Corridor to provide triple left-turn lanes from SB I-95 Off-Ramp and accommodate a designated 7-foot bicycle lane on both sides of the roadway.
- The project provides complete milling and resurfacing along Sunrise Boulevard and updating lighting, signalization and signing & pavement markings.
Construction Impacts:
- Work will take place during the day and night and will be sequenced to reduce the effects of construction on the motoring public and the nearby community.
- Temporary lane closures during off-peak hours will be required.
