Scope of Work:
- Milling and resurfacing the existing roadway within the project limits to ensure long-term resilience
- Constructing a directional traffic median opening at the intersection of SE 5th Street/Breeze Way to enhance vehicular safety
- Upgrading existing pedestrian signals at signalized intersections to improve push button accessibility
- Upgrading concrete sidewalks, curb ramps, pavement markings, and signage to improve visibility and connectivity
