Scope of Work: Project improvements consist of milling and resurfacing the existing roadway within the project limits to ensure long-term infrastructure resilience; constructing a right-turn lane along eastbound SR 824/Pembroke Road to southbound SR 823/Flamingo Road to improve vehicular capacity and mobility; replacing the traffic signal mast arm at the northeast corner of SR 824/Pembroke Road and

SR 823/Flamingo Road to enhance traffic safety and mobility, and improve signal visibility; upgrading existing pedestrian signals at signalized intersections to improve push button accessibility; upgrading concrete sidewalks, curb ramps, pavement markings, and signage to improve visibility and accessibility; and installing new light poles with LED fixtures at the intersections of Washington Street and SR 824/Pembroke Road to improve safety and enhance nighttime visibility.
