Scope of Work – 435808-5-52-01:

• Resurfacing and minor widening of Cypress Creek Road
• Pedestrian and Bicycle improvements along Cypress Creek Road
• Resurfacing of N Andrews Way
• New sidewalk along both sides of N Andrews Way
• Resurfacing of NW 59th Court and new curb and gutter along both sides
• Shared use path along south side and new sidewalk along north side of NW 59th Court

Construction Impacts:

• Maintain existing number of lanes during peak hours
• Lane closures to perform pavement resurfacing and sidewalk construction
• Detours and proper signage when temporary closures necessary.
• Pedestrian detours will be provided to maintain connectivity
