A Hybrid Public Meeting Was Held On: Wednesday, September 1, 2021, and will be offered in two different formats: virtual and in-person.
The virtual (online) public meeting took place from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM and consisted of a formal presentation followed by an open discussion.
The in-person public meeting took place from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, following an open house format and was held at the Miramar Multi-Service Complex, located at 6700 Miramar Parkway, Miramar, FL 33023. The latest social distancing guidelines were followed.

Scope of Work:
- Constructing new sidewalks
- Repave the existing Roadway
- Drainage improvements
- New signing and pavement markings
- Relocating impacted drainage structures
- Regrading of swales (grassy areas)
Construction Impacts:
- Work will be scheduled in phases to reduce effects of construction on the community
- Temporary lane closures will take place during non-peak hours to reduce impact to the public
- Daytime off-peak hours:
9:00 AM—4:00 PM Monday through Friday
- Access to adjacent properties will be maintained at all times
