Scope of Work:
- New signalized crosswalk at the intersection of SR 7/US 441 and NW 3rd Street.
- Pedestrian lighting upgrades at 22 intersections and new LED lighting to improve illumination and safety.
- New sidewalk and bicycle lane along SR 858/ Hallandale Blvd. from west of Edmund Rd. to east of SW 58th Ave. and on SR 7/ US 441 from Southgate Blvd. to the Cypress Creek Greenway/C-14 Canal.
- Upgrade sidewalk ramps and pedestrian crossing signals at intersections.
- Enhanced crosswalk striping at 12 intersections for better visibility of pedestrians and safety.
- Drainage structures adjustments.
Construction Impacts:
- Work will be done in phases to reduce the effects of construction on the community.
- Occasional single lane closures during construction.
- Two-way traffic and access to all property will be maintained at all times.
