Project Limits: The project limits are on SR 5/US 1 from north of 12th Street to north of SR 60/20th Place in the City of Vero Beach, Indian River County.

Scope of Work:
Project improvements consist of milling and resurfacing the existing roadway within the project limits to enhance safety and long-term resiliency, installing four-foot bicycle lanes, reconstructing existing sidewalk curb ramps to enhance safety and connectivity for pedestrians, upgrading pedestrian countdown signal features with newer technology at 15th Place, SR 60/20th Street, and SR 60/20th Place to enhance pedestrian safety and functionality, and upgrading signage and pavement markings to improve safety, functionality, and traffic operations.
