FPID# 449243-1-52-01 consists of two (2) locations and two (2) bridge structures:
- Bridge Number 860001 – SR 5/US 1 over Dania Cut-off Canal
- Bridge Number 860591 – SR 848/Stirling Road over Canal C-10

Scope of Work:
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS — Bridge Number 860001 - SR 5/US 1 over Dania Cut-off Canal
- Address independent slab movement between Sonovoid slab units using Hydrodemolition followed by ultra high-performance concrete (UHPC) joint repair along the longitudinal joints.
- Mill existing asphalt along bridge between the curb lines
- Resurface bridge with an asphalt overlay between the curblines.
- Remove and replace existing expansion joints and headers with a polymeric joint header with poured joint and backer rod.
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS — Bridge Number 860591 – SR 848/Stirling Road over Canal C-10
- Address independent slab movement between Sonovoid slab units using Hydrodemolition followed by ultra high-performance concrete (UHPC) joint repair along the longitudinal joints.
- Mill existing asphalt along bridge between the curb lines
- Resurface bridge with an asphalt overlay between the curblines.

Construction Impacts:
- At least one through lane will remain open at all times.
- All work will be done in phases to reduce the impacts of construction on the community.
- Pedestrian traffic will be maintained at all times.
- Access to businesses and residences will be maintained at all times.
- Maintain passenger access to and from bus stops during construction.
