Scope of Work:
- Widening the eastbound approach on Oakes Road to provide dual left turn lanes and an exclusive right turn lane.
- Striping of buffered bicycle lanes along southbound SR 7 from Oakes Road to south of the I‐595 interchange.
- Milling and resurfacing.
- Reconstructing existing sidewalk along Oakes Road and curb ramps to meet ADA standards.
- Improvements to lighting, signalization, signing and pavement markings.
- Replacement of the existing strain poles to mast arms
Construction Impacts:
- Lane closures will be used during construction. One lane in each direction will be maintained at all times.
- There will be no complete road closures.
- Access to businesses and residences will be maintained at all times.
