The Hybrid Public Meetings Were Held On: Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at 6:00 PM, and Thursday, March 24, 2022, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. The public meetings were offered in two different formats: virtual and in-person.
The virtual (online) Public meeting took place on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at 6:00 PM and was held via GoToWebinar.
The in-person public meeting followed an open house format and took place on Thursday, March 24, 2022, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and was held at the Courtyard by Marriott Stuart located at 7615 SW Lost River Road, Stuart, FL 34997. The latest social distancing guidelines were followed.

Scope of Work:
- Repaving and restriping the existing roadway
- Widening the existing shoulders from 4 feet to 7 feet paved
- Replacement of deficient signing and installation of new pavement markings
- Installation of audible vibratory treatment (profiled thermoplastic) along the centerline and edge lines of the roadway
- Extending the existing guardrail at selected locations to address canal hazards
- Regrading the existing linear ditch in front of St. Lucie Mobile Home Park
- Replacing existing TMS (traffic monitoring) loops
Construction Impacts:
- Work will be scheduled in phases to reduce effects of construction on the community
- Temporary lane closures will take place during non-peak hours to reduce impact to the public
- Access to businesses and private properties will be maintained at all times during construction
